Appointment Prep: As soon as you book, you must text 816-203-2313 with: first & last name, size, placement, and inspo photos. Your appointment is not fully confirmed until I receive and approve these details. If details are not sent promptly after booking and at least 48 hours before your appointment, your session will be rescheduled. Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID. In compliance with Kansas City, MO ordinance, tattooing minors is prohibited, even with parental consent. Deposits: A $100 deposit is required to book an initial appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for a one-time transfer if rescheduled 72 hours in advance. The deposit will go toward the remaining balance at the time of the appointment. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future appointments or other individuals. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required. Deposits can be transferred one time if the reschedule occurs at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All appointments rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit. Again, you are allowed one reschedule per deposit if over 72 hours from your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours, you will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. No Call/No Shows: If you no call/no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. You will not be able to schedule future appointments at Briegel Ink Studio. Refunds: There are no refunds on work done at Briegel Ink Studio. Pricing: Prices are subject to change at the artist’s discretion. Design Changes: For standard appointments, design changes must be finalized at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any changes requested after this time may result in rescheduling, and a new deposit may be required. For last-minute or same-day appointments, no design changes are allowed. After-Hours & Short-Notice Appointments: After-hours and short-notice appointments (booked within 24 hours) are available by request and approved at the artist’s discretion. A $50 fee will apply, which will be added to the total due at the appointment. These bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Artist Rescheduling: In the event that I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will remain valid and be applied to your new appointment date. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable, but they will always transfer if I move your session. I’ll always do my best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible.
